These terms and conditions (the “terms”) are a legal contract between you and International Flavors & Fragrances India Private Limited (“IFF”, “We” or “Us”). The Terms explain how you are permitted to use the website located at the url: www.iff.in as well as all associated sites linked to the website by IFF, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (collectively, the “Site”). Unless otherwise specified, all references to “Site” include the content, sale of product available through this site (the “Services”). By using this Site, you are agreeing to all the Terms; if you do not agree with any of these Terms, do not access or otherwise use this Site, any Services available through this Site or any information contained on this Site.

Changes.

IFF may make changes to the content and Services offered on the Site at any time. IFF can change, update, or add or remove provisions of these Terms, at any time by posting the updated Terms on this Site. By using this Site after IFF has updated the Terms, you are agreeing to all the updated Terms; if you do not agree with any of the updated Terms, you must stop using the Site.

General Use.

By using this Site, you represent, acknowledge and agree that you are at least 18 years of age, or if you are under 18 years of age but are at least 13 years old (a “Minor”), that you are using the Site with the consent of your parent or legal guardian and that you have received your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to use the Site and agree to its Terms. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a Minor, you hereby agree to bind the Minor to these Terms and to fully indemnify and hold harmless IFF if the Minor breaches any of these Terms. If you are not at least 13 years old, you may not use the Site at any time or in any manner or submit any information to the IFF or the Site.

IFF provides content through the Site and through the Services that is copyrighted and/or trademarked work of IFF or IFF’s third-party licensors and suppliers or other users of the Site (collectively, the “Materials”). Materials may include logos, graphics, video, images, software and other content.

Subject to the terms and conditions of these Terms, and your compliance with these Terms, IFF hereby grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use and to display the Materials and to use this Site solely for your personal use. Except for the foregoing license, you have no other rights in the Site or any Materials and you may not modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance or in any way exploit any of the Site or Materials in any manner.

If you breach any of these Terms, the above license will terminate automatically, and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed Materials.

Using the Site and the Services on the Site.

You can simply view the Site and not use any Services on the Site. You need not register with IFF to simply visit and view the Site.

However, in order to access certain password-restricted areas of the Site and to use certain Services and Materials offered on and through the Site, you must register with IFF for an account and receive a password.

Account and Password Restricted Areas of this Site.

If you desire to register for an account with IFF, you must submit certain information through the account registration page on the Site. Once you have submitted your account registration information, IFF administrator shall have the right to approve or reject the requested registration, in IFF administrator’s sole discretion. If your account is approved by IFF administrator, you will be sent an e-mail that contains a password that will allow you to log-on to the Site using that password (the “Password”) for the first time you log into your account on the Site to complete the account registration process.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Password, and you are responsible for all activities that occur using your Passwords. You agree not to share your Passwords, let others access or use your Passwords or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your Passwords. You agree to notify IFF if any of your Passwords on this Site is lost, stolen, if you are aware of any unauthorized use of your Passwords on this Site or if you know of any other breach of security in relation to this Site.

All the information that you provide when registering for an account and otherwise through the Site must be accurate, complete and up to date. You may change, correct or remove any information from your account by either logging into your account directly and making the desired changes or contacting IFF using the contact information at the end of these Terms requesting that we make the change.

System Requirements.

You must have a broadband Internet connection and the following browser and media players, as well as any additional software and hardware necessary in order to obtain and make full use of this Site and the Material. IFF reserves the right to change any of the minimum system requirements at any time.

Electronic Communications.

By using the Site and/or the Services provided on or through the Site, you consent to receiving electronic communications from IFF. These electronic communications may include notices about applicable fees and charges, transactional information and other information concerning or related to the Site and/or Services provided on or through the Site. These electronic communications are part of your relationship with IFF. You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures or other communications that we send you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that such communications be in writing.

Privacy Statement.

Please review the IFF Website Privacy Statement, which is available at https://www.iff.com/privacy-statement/(the “Privacy Statement”) which explains how we use information that you submit to IFF or that IFF collects from you.

Replacement & Return Policy

This Replacement Policy applies to all products purchased through our website. Due to hygiene and safety considerations, products are not eligible for return or refund, except where mandated under applicable law.

When a Replacement is Permitted

A replacement request will be considered only in the following cases, reported immediately upon delivery and before use:

Wrong product delivered: the product delivered does not match the product ordered (including size, flavour, model, or product type).
Transit damage / defect on arrival: the product is received damaged or defective at delivery, including visible leakage, cracks, dents, broken parts, or expiry. Eligibility is limited to issues attributable to transit/delivery and excludes damage arising after delivery, including use, tampering, mishandling, or misuse.

Mandatory Evidence Required

To process a replacement request, you must submit the following evidence:

Clear photographs of (i) the product and (ii) outer and inner packaging as received;
One continuous unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened, without cuts/edits.

Requests without adequate evidence may be rejected.

How to Raise a Request

Email the following to [email protected]] within 48 hours of delivery:
Order number and invoice;
product details and Batch/Lot No.; and
The evidence listed above.

Verification and Outcome

If your request meets the eligibility criteria and is verified, we will provide a like‑for‑like replacement of the same product originally ordered (subject to availability). Where the same product is unavailable, we may offer an equivalent replacement of equal value, or any other remedy required under applicable law.

Return (If required)

We may require you to return the incorrect/damaged product prior to dispatching the replacement. If so, you must keep the product unused, in the original condition, with all packaging/accessories intact, and follow the return instructions shared with you. Non‑compliance may result in rejection of the replacement request.

No Return / No Refund

Except as required under applicable law, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for products sold, given the nature of food‑grade items and hygiene/safety requirements. Approved replacements, if any, are the sole remedy under this Policy.

Third-Party Content.

Certain Materials that are not Submissions (as defined in “Submissions” below) may be provided by third-party licensors and suppliers to IFF (“Third-Party Content”) where separate and additional terms govern the use of that Third-Party Content.

Links to Third-Party Sites.

This Site may be linked to other web sites that are not IFF sites, including, without limitation, social networking, blogging and similar websites through which you are able to log into this Site using your existing account and log-in credentials for such third-party sites (any and all of which may change from time to time) and websites that provide question-and-answer forum functionality (collectively, “Third-Party Sites”). Certain areas of the Site may allow you to interact and/or conduct transactions with such Third-Party Sites, and in certain situations, you may be transferred to a Third-Party Site through a link but it may appear that you are still on this Site. In any case, you acknowledge and agree that the Third-Party Sites may have different privacy policies and terms and conditions and/or user guides and business practices than IFF, and you further acknowledge and agree that your use of such Third-Party Sites is governed by the respective Third-Party Site privacy policy and terms and conditions and/or user guides. You hereby agree to comply with any and all terms and conditions, user guides and privacy policies of any of Third-Party Sites. IFF is providing links to the Third-Party Sites to you as a convenience, and IFF does not verify, make any representations or take responsibility for such Third-Party Sites, including, without limitation, the truthfulness, accuracy, quality or completeness of the content, services, links displayed and/or any other activities conducted on or through such Third-Party Sites. Submissions.

You are responsible for the information, opinions, messages, comments, photos, videos, graphics, sounds and other content or material that you submit, upload, post or otherwise make available on or through the Site (each a “Submission”) and through the Services available in connection with this Site. We do not guarantee that you will be able to edit or delete any Submission you have submitted.

By submitting any Submission, you are promising us that:

You own all rights in your Submissions (including, without limitation, all rights to the reproduction and display of your Submissions) or, alternatively, you have acquired all necessary rights in your Submissions to enable you to grant to us the rights in your Submissions as described in these Terms;

Your Submission does not violate any law (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination, or false advertising);
Your Submission is not, and may not reasonably be considered to be, defamatory, libelous, hateful, racially, ethnically, religiously, or otherwise biased or offensive, unlawfully threatening, or unlawfully harassing to any individual, partnership, or corporation, vulgar, pornographic, obscene, or invasive of another’s privacy;
You were not and will not be compensated or granted any consideration by any third party for submitting your Submission;
Your Submission does not incorporate materials from a third-party website, or addresses, email addresses, contact information, or phone numbers (other than your own);
Your Submission does not contain any viruses, worms, spyware, adware, or other potentially damaging programs or files;
Your Submission does not contain any information that you consider confidential or personal; and
Your Submission does not contain or constitute any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of unlawful solicitation.
You shall be solely liable for any damage resulting from any infringement of copyrights, trademarks, proprietary rights, violation of contract, privacy or publicity rights or any other harm resulting from any Submission that you make. You have full responsibility for each Submission you make, including its legality, reliability and appropriateness.

Unless otherwise explicitly stated herein or in IFF Privacy Statement, you agree that any Submission provided by you in connection with this Site is provided on a non-proprietary and non-confidential basis. You hereby grant to IFF a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, worldwide license (including the right to sublicense through multiple tiers) to use, reproduce, process, adapt, publicly perform, publicly display, modify, prepare derivative works, publish, transmit and distribute each of your Submissions, or any portion thereof, in any form, medium or distribution method now known or hereafter existing, known or developed, and authorize others to use the Submissions. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, damages and any other monies owing any person by reason of any Submissions posted by you to or through this Site.

When you provide Submissions, you agree that those Submissions shall not be in violation of the “Unauthorized Activities” paragraph below. Those prohibitions do not require IFF to monitor, police or remove any Submissions or other information submitted by you or any other user.

Unauthorized Activities.

When using this Site and/or the services, you agree not to:

Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.

The IFF Logo, and all trademarks and service marks denoted on the Site with ™, ℠ or ® are owned by affiliates of IFF unless otherwise noted. IFF trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not an IFF product or service.

Unless otherwise specified in these Terms, all information and screens appearing on this Site, including documents, services, site design, text, graphics, logos, images and icons, as well as the arrangement thereof, are the sole property of IFF. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Except as otherwise required or limited by applicable law, any reproduction, distribution, modification, retransmission, or publication of any copyrighted material is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of the copyright owner or license.

Intellectual Property Infringement.

IFF respects the intellectual property rights of others, and we ask you to do the same. IFF may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, terminate service and/or access to this Site for users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others. Accordingly, we reserve the right to amend any mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice. We also maintain the right to decline fulfillment of any order placed based on incorrect, inaccurate, or outdated information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.
